Our Work Philosophy

 

We would be millionaires if we had a penny for the number of customers who tell us they have had tradespeople round who never send in quotes, carry out work and always add on extras at the end, insist on providing materials at their own cost (normally more than RRP!) and even sub contract out the work to a different firm completely, normally one that's not insured or has unskilled cash in hand workers. Well, we don't think that that's what you deserve... so we won't do it.

 

All our materials costs are made available to you upon request and we're completely transparent with our pricing structur. We always send you a written quotation and payment schedule prior to starting any works, highlighting exactly whats being paid for, and when any payments are due.

All our materials are sourced from ethical sources and where possible, we use local suppliers to minimise the carbon footprint of landscape material transportation. Our wood is always FSC sourced and our indian sandstone comes with a fairtrade policy certificate direct from Marshall's
